Sunday was the first gig for the lads
as "Snakewater". With the crowd eagerly anticipating what they would sound like
(having seen all 3 members in other bands) you could smell electric in the air!
The band kicked off with their opener "In Too Deep" which right away caught the
crowds attention and they knew within the first 12 bars that they'd be rockin
through out!
They kept their set pretty much full on, guns blazing, up tempo rock &
roll...with bluesy likcs for an added bonus. The Highlight of their set was
"Muddy Water",
which is basically just a 12 Bar Blues tune but with a very catchy grooving
riff/bass line and at times plays an homage to Led Zeppelin.
By the end of "Sunshine of you Love", the audience was electric and the notion
that Snakewater had arrived with a bang!
After the gig, they got a lot of very positive feedback from the crowd and have
been offered 3/4 gig offers for the summer!
One being a prestigious Biker Rally which they will perform to around 1000 hard
rockin bikers! All details will be on their Tour Page, once everything's
confirmed!
